Returning to Columbus, NE, after 12 or more years! Sorry to learn of the recent passing of an iconic piano teacher in Columbus, Isabelle Micek, and so happy that he legacy lived on in this particular concert, through the support of former students and her surviving family. Numerous people were trying to guess that Isabelle Micek would have thought of this program, and how she would have voted. The results were pretty decisive - Debussy won by a 6% margin. But there big contrasts in the details, particularly in the break-out by age groups.
